1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jili23 or creating a player account, you enter into a binding agreement with jili23 and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of your agreement with the platform.

These terms apply to all use of jili23, including browsing the platform, registering an account, making deposits, playing games, and requesting withdrawals. If you access jili23 on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms — though note that sharing accounts is not permitted under these terms.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active jili23 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — is a breach of these terms. If jili23 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all associated accounts may be closed and any balance forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. jili23 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility unless you have notified jili23 of unauthorised access in a timely manner.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact jili23 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password. Accounts with suspected unauthorised access may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is conducted.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before you can make a real-money deposit on jili23, you are required to complete identity verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Acceptable documents include a passport, driver's licence, SSS card, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or PRC card.

jili23 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including proof of address or source of funds, particularly for higher-value transactions. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

All documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with the jili23 Privacy Policy. They are used solely for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes and are not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on jili23 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no token or points system — your account balance is simply PHP.

Deposits are accepted via supported Philippine payment channels including bank transfers through InstaPay and PESONet, and local e-wallets. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own verified name. Third-party deposits — including from family members — are not permitted and may trigger an account review. Funds from unverified sources may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment channel used for deposit, subject to the same name-matching requirement. Processing times vary depending on the bank or e-wallet network's clearing schedule. jili23 does not guarantee specific processing times but will process withdrawal requests without unreasonable delay.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on jili23 operate using certified random number generators (RNGs). Game outcomes are not influenced by player history, account balance, or any other external factor. Each result is independently random.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jili23 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games or place bets on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or undocumented features to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using VPNs or other tools to misrepresent your location.
• Any form of fraud or money laundering through the platform.

jili23 monitors all accounts for irregular activity. Where suspicious patterns are detected, jili23 reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and close accounts pending investigation. Decisions made by jili23 on fair play matters are final.

7 Promotions and Bonuses

jili23 may offer promotions, bonuses, or cashback offers to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each individual offer in the Promotions section of the platform.

Players are responsible for reading the terms of any promotion before opting in. General principles that apply to all promotions on jili23 unless stated otherwise include:

• Promotions are available to verified adult accounts only.
• Only one promotion may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• jili23 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse promotions — including through multi-accounting or structured play designed solely to clear bonus requirements — is a breach of these terms.

8 Responsible Gaming

Players under 21 years of age are not permitted to use jili23 under any circumstances. This restriction is enforced through KYC verification. jili23 will close any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 and will return any remaining balance, less any winnings, to the funding source.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

jili23 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jili23 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been used for fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• The account belongs to a player under the age of 21.
• The account has been accessed from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these terms, any balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining PHP balance will be returned to the verified payment channel associated with the account.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting jili23 support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding withdrawal requests already in progress.

10 Limitation of Liability

jili23 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available, secure, and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform access.

jili23 is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — that arise from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, errors in your own decisions, or temporary unavailability of the platform. It is your responsibility to ensure you understand the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy and Data

jili23 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

This includes the processing of identity documents submitted during KYC, transaction records, and usage data collected during your sessions on the platform. jili23 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Changes to These Terms

jili23 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified through the platform or via the email address associated with their account. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version took effect.

Your continued use of jili23 after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
